In the afternoons, we offer home-made cakes with special
and different types of coffee and our unusual, hot chocolate
“with a kick” (for example with Cayenne
Pepper) . You can also participate in the “Bavairan
Tea-Ceremonie” which introduces you to exquisite
types of tea.

Our intimate restaurant has 10 tables that allow for
a private atmosphere, but also accommodate large groups
up to 50 persons.
During the summer, you can enjoy spectacular sun-sets
on our West-Side-Terrace, or the warm Winter sun on
our South-Terrace as of February.
Should you have a need for a separate room for a private
function, you will find our „Münchner Stüberl”
perfect for up to 8 persons.
You can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in our library,
decorated in a warm country style, with books in various
languages.

 Our
kitchen is one of a kind. We offer the traditional,
regional cuisine, as well as Japanese specialties, and
from the classic, old school recipes to the daring Cross-Over
Cooking.
For some dishes it is necessary to order them in advance.
This way, we can guarantee the freshest ingredients.
Nevertheless, it is very important for us that our cuisine
is of the highest quality, based on balanced and healthy
nutritive value.

Regional Specialties:
- Pork Roast with dark beer sauce, cabbage salad and
dumplings made of pretzels (suggestion of the day)
- Pork stomach with roasted potatoes (suggestion
of the day)
- Sautéed blood sausage with chili and ginger
sauerkraut
- Swiss Cheese Fondue (has to be ordered in advance)
- Rolled Roast with gooseberry sauce and spätzle
flavored with sage
Japanese Specialties:
- Tonkatsu (Japanese "Wiener Schnitzel")
- Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki (Japanese Fondue; has to
be ordered in advance)
- Yakitori (always)
Unusual food creations
- Goat Cheese with tomato jam
- St. Peters Fish on ginger/almond spinach, with
sweet chili sauce, baked bananas, rice ring
- Pear-Mozzarella-Kiwi Salad with maple syrup and
walnuts
- Filet Steak topped with ricotta and mint, a sauce
made of plums, port wine, pine nuts and polenta triangles

You are sitting in a Restaurant and everything is wonderful,
except you can’t stand the Music, which screams
from the little boxes called loud speakers and eliminates
not only the last sign of atmosphere, but also destroys
your ear drums.
Not at the Binderhäusl !
Our 10, high-end HiFi loud speakers are placed in such
a way that, no matter where you sit, you cannot guess
where they are located. The result is a wonderful, balanced
background sound.
The choice of music is extremely important to us. For
breakfast you will hear from time to time classical
music, e.g. Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto, Interpretations
by the Henschel Quartet, or the Emerson String Quartet.
Depending on the mood, we might also play some local
music, for example the Aschberger String Music.
For special occasions we also have live music. The Music
School of Inzell is renowned for its strong efforts
to preserve the melodic native music.
In the evenings you will hear frequently Jazz and Blues,
e.g. Diana Krall, Stan Getz, Silje Nergaard and, especially,
also CDs from the Stockfish-Label (www.stockrfisch-records.de)
