We do have single and double rooms, which are divided up into two categories:

1. Cottage style room (from 35,- € p.p.)
2. Theme double room (from 40,- € p.P.)

Above mentioned room prices are including power-up-breakfast, 19 % VAT and local tax (1,90 € p. p. and night) and are valid through Oct. 31st, 2010.

Half board can be booked separately.

All our rooms are equipped with all the stuff of your daily need, except:
- telephone
- alarm clock

All cottage style rooms are facing towards the morning sun in the east and are located in the historic part of the old, tiny farmhouse which was errected in 1734. All rooms have a cosy atmosphere and offer a balkony (important for smokers ;-). As the type of the rooms already may reveal: you immediately feel as being in the heart of Bavaria. Of course all rooms are fitted with TV, radio, bath with toilet and shower or bathtube.

1. Sunshine room
   The huge panorama window opens up a tremendeous view towards the Falkenstein and the mountains in th south of Inzell. Especially during winter time, when the wintersun is very low, light is flooding inside the room. Therefore it is the most popular room in winter.
   
   
2. Honeymoon room
   For all those, who just fell in love or those who still are in love or even for those who want to fall in love again .... The warm, yellow curtains and the wooden panels on the wall are in perfect harmony with the "Himmelbett" of the spacious room. Moreover the paintings pick up the topic "honeymoon" again. You are invited to stay and loiter in bed all day long (Karoline is supporting this aim, since she does not have to make up the room).
   
   
3. Sunsetsuite
   The balkony in the west opens the view over the wide valley of Inzell facing the Sulzberg, behind which in summer the sun is setting. Enjoy a drink and feel happy with nature.
   
   
4. Safari room
   Africa in the haeart of Bavaria! Returning from our journey through South Africe we were inspired with tons of ideas which we realized in this room. The rear wall is plasterd with reed. The carpet and the wallpaper fits perfectly to the safari style and you will find perhaps "wild" dreams ;-) in the bamboo bed. Feel free to go on safari!
